2. Nature of Service
Our services are digital and service-based. We create and deliver online stores and related assets. We do not sell physical products directly.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Sales
- Profitability
- Business success
Success depends on multiple factors including marketing and customer effort.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information (niche, preferences, branding details)
- Respond promptly when required
- Comply with the policies of third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok)
Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as:
- Shopify
- eBay
- Amazon
- TikTok
- Instagram / Facebook
We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for account suspensions, policy violations, or platform restrictions. Clients are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are based on the selected package:
- Starter: up to 3 days
- Professional: up to 7 days
- Elite: 10–14 days
- Branded Store: timeline may vary
Delays may occur if required information is not provided on time.
7. Revisions
Each package includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery. A revision covers minor adjustments to the delivered work such as text changes, colour updates, product swaps or small layout tweaks. It does not include full redesigns, new pages, additional products beyond the original scope, or requests that fundamentally change the agreed deliverable. Revision requests submitted after 7 days of delivery are not covered.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- All sales are generally final
- Refunds may be considered only in cases where the service has not been delivered as agreed
No refunds will be issued once work has been completed and delivered.
9. Affiliate Program
Affiliates may earn commissions by referring customers. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject affiliate applications
- Modify commission rates
- Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or misleading promotion
Affiliate earnings are subject to verification.
10. Intellectual Property
All delivered work becomes the property of the client after full payment. We reserve the right to use completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business losses
- Platform account issues
- Third-party service failures
Our responsibility is limited to the service provided.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
